Our Story
In 1994, our family saw a need in the Hispanic community in Memphis. This need was to provide high quality Mexican and Latin American products at affordable prices. We provide special cuts of meats, that are known to our Hispanic community. We saw a need of fresh specialty produce that was lacking in Memphis.
For over 25 years, we have brought high quality ingredients from the heartlands of Mexico, Central and South America to your kitchen.
Emilio’s Grocery began as a humble grocery store in Memphis. We are proud to have been the first Mexican store to provide authentic Menudo, Carnitas and other Mexican delicacies. We now have expanded our menu to provide more of those delicious delicacies everyone enjoys.

My coworker gave me a sample of her steak burrito and I was hooked! I bought one yesterday and it was awesome . I’m going back for another today. Great price, and quite filling.
Been going to this place for more than 10 years and the service and quality of food has not changed. They also have a great carnicero “butcher” on site. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely recommend.
I’m there at least twice a week and the staff has always been extremely friendly and the place is super clean. The food is awesome and you have to check out the fresh meat market.
